The key word this week is HOT. Only the regular summer hot today but by Sunday we're going to be in rare territory...whatever you do this weekend, be sure to stay hydrated, use sunscreen, and generally just try to seek out a cooler space. There are great events going on both indoors and outdoors. Sneak in an early hike in Sycamore Canyon or wait until the evenings for movies and music in our parks. The Culver Center and the Riverside Art Museum have great air-conditioned attractions. The Fox welcomes the durable and enduring Joe Jackson for his very first concert in Riverside. Also: Pat and Ralph talk up the Magnolia Center Marketplace (you might see them there again tonight) and the new Habanero restaurant that has opened in the old Zacatecas building.
